Summary/Abstract: For several years now, falcon-robots have been successfully implemented to deter birds flying over the airport. These are remotely controlled flying devices that resemble the appearance, color, and flying style of a peregrine falcon that emit a specific sound. The implementation of this type of new airport devices takes place at different latitudes with the use of traditional forms, i.e. peregrine falcons. These new devices are slowly gaining the market due to their efficiency, cost, functionality, and lack of physical fatigue. It can be expected that this positive trend in this area will spread quickly and become more massive soon. We need to create a legal system so that these robotic birds can start working at our airports.
