Summary/Abstract: In the second part of the article, the author points out NATO’s main objectives regarding airspace management, which are focused on: supporting Alliance missions, operations and exercises by providing services required by air traffic management; ensuring NATO requirements on the use of airspace; drawing up policies and doctrines common to all of the Alliance space of interest; harmonising and standardising air traffic management regarding the use of unmanned air means; maintaining close connections with regional and international civil aviation organisations; promoting cooperation, partnership and dialogue in air traffic management.
