Summary/Abstract: Workplace culture is an important factor in sexual harassment. It can either promote or counteract negative gender norms and authority. To streamline processes, Moldova could benefit from working with other countries that have successfully addressed sexual harassment within law enforcement institutions [1]. The exchange of best practices and experiences can contribute to more effective strategies development to combat this phenomenon. It is imperative to mention that the preventive policies and measures implementation are to be accompanied by a constant monitoring and evaluation process, ensuring the effectiveness of the measures taken and providing an opportunity to adjust strategies in line with the organisational and social environment changes.
