Summary/Abstract: This article aims to diagnose the condition of Catalan independentism during the COVID-19 pandemic. The explication focuses on three areas, that is, the remedial actions of the central and regional authorities with regard to the spread of the pandemic in Catalonia; the interactions between the Catalan and Spanish political scenes in the aforementioned area; the cohesion of the Catalan independentist bloc during the health crisis. Due to the breadth of the research area, the analysis primarily covers political actors.
