Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the attitude of students from Konstantin Preslavsky University, Bulgaria towards the application of an extensive reading programme. As a part of their studies students read online graded readers in English from the website www.adapted-english-books.site. The results show that students like extensive reading and have a positive attitude towards it. They perceive reading as beneficial for their future as well as fun, and having a positive impact on their vocabulary, general english skills, reading speed and reading comprehension skills. Most of them like reading online on their phones/computers, because there are a lot of books to choose from. Students find extensive reading easy enough not to overburden their student life as it is an addition to their other coursework or project assignments.
