Brief considerations regarding the parts of the civil process

Summary/Abstract: One of the components of the principle of availability in the civil process is represented by the right of the parties to establish the procedural framework regarding the object, the legal cause of the civil process, but especially of the participants in the jurisdictional activity.In this study, the author aims to analyze the importance of the parts of the civil process, highlighting the theoretical and practical aspects, but also the difficulties encountered in the interpretation and application of the relevant legal norms.
