Summary/Abstract: During adolescence, a crucial period socially, emotionally and academically, the relationship between teachers and students can profoundly influence their development. The way teenagers are treated by teachers can shape their perception of school, how they learn and develop as individuals. In this light, it is essential that teachers adopt appropriate strategies to create an environment conducive to a balanced adolescent development. The purpose of this presentation is to analyze how teachers can approach teenagers so that they develop harmoniously.
