Summary/Abstract: The relevance of the presented development is determined by directing the research focus to the design of distribution channels for food products, taking into account the producer's economic interests as a priority. Structurally, the following are presented in sequence: conceptual and methodological aspects of designing distribution channels for food products; empirical statements for a fragmented application of the food distribution channel design model. The study is based on the method of determining the average growth rate and the method of multiple linear regression and correlation using the statistical software - IBM SPSS Statistics. The achieved research results allow the formulation of conclusions representing the importance of design in the distribution system.
