Summary/Abstract: This paper presents an innovative and practical way presented an integrated physical health's activity. The main goal was to get through movement and play in preschool children form the knowledge and skills of health education. The subject of the work is theoretical elaboration of the content, form, forms, methods and means of integrated activities aimed at linking and solving problems of physical and health education of preschool children. The formation of knowledge and skills through integrated physical-health activities in preschool children stems from the actual problems of modern life, which results in a low level of health and disharmony of the physical development and the development of motor skills of children. The aim is that children form skills and knowledge in technology of preserving, maintaining and improving their health. The aim is also to children through physical activity and health learn to be healthy body and soul; build your health behavior in accordance with the laws of nature and the existence of; form of motivational sphere of health behavior for a safe and secure life; realize how important the movement for health and development; explore the anatomical and psychological basics of exercise and understand the effects of exercise on the body provides.
