Summary/Abstract: Furthermore, extradition processes and legal cooperation mechanisms may face obstacles or difficulties due to differences or contradictions in laws and regulations between different jurisdictions or entities. As a result, the prosecution of human traffickers requires extensive coordination and cooperation between law enforcement agencies and judicial authorities, often complicated by these legislative differences.
