Summary/Abstract: The study analyses the practice of introducing amendments during parliamentary work on the amendment of the provisions of Pharmaceutical Law. The author focuses on indicating the scope and nature of violations of the constitutional procedure for enacting laws that accompanied these processes. In particular, the “mechanism” of changes made in connection with the enactment of the Act amending the Act on Export Insurance Guaranteed by the State Treasury and certain other acts was subjected to in-depth reflection.
