Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to analyze the transformations of the crisis management system, which were introduced in the wake of the refugee crisis as a consequence of the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2022. Legal acts modifying the abovementioned system will be analyzed. The new legal solution of orders issued by the Prime Minister, ministers, as well as governors will be presented. Then examples of their use to ensure efficient implementation of crisis management tasks will be presented. The article takes into account the legal status as of February 25, 2023.
