Organizational Structure and Coverage of the County Crisis Management Center in Kielce

Summary/Abstract: The article was written on the basis of the interviews with County Crisis Management Center's head director, literature and documents received in the Department. Those are the main but not only research sources. Outcomes are presented in twofold order. The paper starts with descriptions of the center’s organizational structure: its organizational principles and accoutrements. Further on the center’s director and officer's on duty coverages are presented. The author tries to combine theoretical knowledge drawn from documents with practical experience of interviewed persons.
