CIVIL ASPECTS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MINORS, MINORS AND AGE PARENTS

Summary/Abstract: The quality „parent” is associated with the quality „child” – both are family law terms denoting origin, which is considered twofold: from the perspective of the parent, ie. from the side of the person from whom another person originates, or from the perspective of the child, i.e. by the person originating from another person. Conditionally, parents can be categorized into three groups: minors, minors and adults, and also into two larger groups: under-age and adult parents, and they can also be differentiated in terms of their legal capacity, etc. The research is an attempt to compare the parents of the different age groups, bringing out their particular specificities in their ratio.
