School absenteeism – problem for students, problems for teachers

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the connection between absenteeism and scholar results on the one hand, and the connection between absenteeism and family/ teachers. We try to identify the causes, to find some solutions and to see the gap between school and family. We also tried to emphasize the idea that school has to offer the students more opportunities to be part of extracurricular activities in order to attract them to be part of a group.
