Key-concepts of Conflict in Donbass in Ukrainian and Russian Press (2014–2021)

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the ways of creating worldview in the texts of the Russian-language press about the conflict in Donbass published in 2014–2021. The analysis is based on the texts from the Russian daily newspapers Rossiyskaya Gazeta, Izvestia, Komsomolskaya Pravda, Moskovsky Komsomolets, Kommersant, Novaya Gazeta, as well as the Ukrainian newspapers Den and Fakty published in Russian. In the course of the research, the key concepts used in the description of the conflict and their corresponding nominations appearing in the Russian and Ukrainian press were identified and compared.
