QUALITY EDUCATION IN BULGARIA IN SYNCHRONISM WITH GOAL FOUR FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT 2030

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the present study is to examine the educational system in Bulgaria in the context of goal four for sustainable development 2030. The article indicates the main challenges related to the construction of quality education that meets the modern requirements for possessing skills and competencies needed in a world built by digital technology and artificial intelligence in the era of Industry 4.0. The development includes a theoretical and analytical part, on the basis of which conclusions and recommendations are substantiated, aimed at building an expedient functioning educational system, preparing the workforce, in sync with the needs of business in a dynamically transforming labor market.
