Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the significance of gender differences in management, which is not only an abstract theoretical problem, but also a practical method allowing to increase the effectiveness of management. This has also been confirmed by specialists working in financial and economic institutions such as the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation and a number of others.
