Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes leadership management styles and satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a complex mental process. It is an expression of people's attitude to work, on the one hand, and on the other hand, it gives us complete information about the activities in the organization. Only employees who are satisfied with their work are able to give their best for the proper functioning of the organization and for it to become a part of their lives, which will make them stay in it for a long time.
