Summary/Abstract: The publication is author's, related to the study and development of the countries in the CSTO, the activity of the Parliamentary Assembly of the CSTO, and the study of the political and military component of the organization through event analysis, bring out processes of hybridization and polarization. It also establishes dynamics in the joint activity of the military and political component of the CSTO and, together with the established processes, reveal a tool that could be used and applied in the analysis and forecast of the behavior of the organization and individual member states directly related to the war Russia -Ukraine
