Summary/Abstract: The Romanian Military Archives keep a fund entitled Romanian Military Structures that functioned for the application of the Armistice Convention and the Peace Treaty (1944-1948), which includes 2.252 archival units. Accessing this fund I found in file no. 228 a series of documents related to the Dumbarton Oaks Conference that took place in 1944. One of these which the article presents contains the records of Edward Stettinius jr. regarding this important conference that was held before the end of the Second World War.
