Summary/Abstract: Junks are among the important written sources of Turkish folklore in terms of containing information about the social and cultural life of the society they belong to. There are texts written in verse and prose on almost every subject in the content of the junks, known as manuscript notebooks that are opened longitudinally from bottom to top. For this reason, junks are indispensable written sources of our Turkish culture and literature. The majority of the studies on junk in Turkey consist of the translation of junk texts into Latin letters. It is noteworthy that the number of studies dealing with junks from different perspectives is low. Today, there are hundreds of junks waiting to be studied in private libraries and public libraries. These works, which are important in terms of transferring cultural products and literary information from the past to the future, should be examined from different perspectives and brought into our culture. The subject of this article is to introduce the junk numbered 5902 in the Manuscript Donations section of the Suleymaniye Library and to examine the texts in the junk in terms of form and content characteristics. Within the scope of the article, it is aimed to bring to light a new junk and introduce it to our literature, and to evaluate whether the junk in question will contribute to different disciplines by evaluating it from a holistic perspective. Junk, whose digital images were taken from the Süleymaniye Library, consists of 208 leaves. It has been determined that the work that constitutes the subject of the article has a rich content that will contribute to different disciplines such as literature, language, history, theology, medicine, music and sociology.
