Summary/Abstract: The report examines the challenges faced by educators working in the system of pre-school and school education and outline. Both the positive and negative aspects of this profession, so responsible and significant for modern society, are indicated. A short analysis has been made that highlights the most visible problems and recommendations for their successful solution are presented.
