Summary/Abstract: The involvement of the human factor in the evaluation process can lead to errors in this process, especially due to the subjective perception of the evaluator. If in the case of performance objectives appraisal there are a series of indicators referring to the qualitative and quantitative fulfilment of objectives, in turn, there is also a need to objectively assess behavioural targets, the way the employee acts. Objectivity is necessary from two perspectives: on the one hand, the evaluator must have a clear perception of the employee's manifestation, on the other hand, he must assess it correctly in relation to some standard behaviours generally valid and opposable through the organization, excluding preferences, just to ensure a fair system for all employees.
