Summary/Abstract: The report examines the essence and peculiarities of business negotiations. Negotiation is a process of discussing a given topic by two opposing parties, the goal of which is to reach an agreement. Tactics for conducting negotiations, techniques for asking questions are indicated. The correct exchange of information, quick orientation in the possibilities and intentions of the negotiators, the ability to read the signals that are sent are a guarantee of successful negotiations.
