Summary/Abstract: In the conditions of globalization, questions about the effective use of tourism potential have become the most relevant to ensure sustainable economic development of Uzbekistan. In recent years, the state has paid great attention to the implementation of active policies in the field of tourism development, the adoption of normative acts and targeted regional programs to form the legal basis of a modern civilized tourist market and modernize the tourist infrastructure.
