Summary/Abstract: Though the awareness of the need of marketing activities in the area of medical services has been for a long time, customer communication is of particular importance nowadays. It is determined by the fact that marketing communication and the creation of demand are inextricably connected with each other. Internet, which allows users to find and compare the offers of different suppliers in a very quick way, is very important in this process. This article attempts to diagnose the degree of use of classical tools of e-commerce in the process of creating market demand for medical services.
