Summary/Abstract: Directive 970/2023 introduced measures for reducing the gender pay gap by increasing the transparency of salaries (during the recruitment processes, as well as during the employment relationship), thus making it easier for employees to submit equal pay claims. Compliance with the domestic regulations that will transpose Directive 970/2023 will be analysed and reported in the Sustainability Reporting (ESG), mandatory for some companies from this year onwards, depending on the fulfilment of certain conditions.
