Summary/Abstract: Along with the increase in technological progress and globalization intellectual property lawhas started playing a more significant role in the modern world. The United Arab Emirates asa country which is developing rapidly and focuses on achieving economic dominance, noticed theimportance of this branch of law. Over the years, a number of legal acts regarding copyright,trademarks and industrial property rights have been adopted in that country. Therefore, the aim ofthis paper is to present and analyse intellectual property law in the United Arab Emirates.
