Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze the nature of streets as specific objects of public municipal property - on the one hand, to clarify their usual purpose (for the transport of passengers and goods by common road vehicles or for pedestrian movement) and, on the other hand, whether it is possible to use them outside their main purpose for the location of municipal markets.
