Summary/Abstract: In modern society, dramatic changes are taking place in many areas of life. Education has not been spared from this process. Under the influence of global trends, such as globalization, computerization, axiologisation, the Romanian education system is undergoing a continuous transformation. The role and importance of education is changing, recognized as a universal human value, focused on the formation of the individual cultural and value core of the individual, the formation of basic intellectual functions (thinking, understanding, reflection, communication), etc. This implies not only the development and search for new ways of training a personality that meet the needs of society, but also new content, new resources, new technologies that meet the requirements of the new times
