Summary/Abstract: Since emphasis is placed both on performance and quality education, as well as on the individualization of education for students with SEN, it is necessary to train teachers so that they are flexible, resistant to stress and use modern teaching methods–learning–evaluation. In recent decades, increasing importance has been given to the inclusion of children with disabilities in mainstream schools. Being a complex phenomenon, it constitutes a challenge for the institutions involved and for society as a whole and has as a consequence the need to change both mentalities and educational policies. It is recognized that, in recent years, significant progress has been made in terms of the inclusion of students with disabilities in mainstream schools, both from a legislative point of view and through the employment of several institutions and the introduction of new professions.
