ACCESSIBILITY OF FINANCING SOURCES FOR ENTERPRISES IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

Summary/Abstract: Economic crises amplify internal dysfunctions within the national economies of developing countries. The current economic situation of the world economy as a whole, as well as of the Republic of Moldova in particular, has been deeply disturbed by the pandemic crisis. Subsequently, the war in the region triggered increased volatility in global markets, especially energy and food. In these circumstances, the prudent management of the financing process is a mandatory condition, a necessary vital activity, with deep implications in order to ensure the survival and development of the business activity in the conditions of a reduced self-financing capacity, insufficiency of working capital, the registration of high prices at material and energy resources, a general instability at the micro and macroeconomic level.
