Summary/Abstract: The implementation of organizational excellency in educational systems in modern times is a national challenge in most of the developed countries. Most of these countries deal with the status and position of the education field within each country. The increasing competition in the worldwide market of educational services proves to be a challenge for the institutions of higher education, as well as to the educational systems as a whole. This article describes the strategic plan of Singapore and Finland, which improve their higher education system and the economic market as well.
