Summary/Abstract: The article reflects of theoretical aspects regarding empathic capacity as a fundamental component of the relational structure. In fact, empathic behavior is a characteristic of the interpersonal relationship, being dependent on the level of manifestation of this personality trait. Recognized as a general aptitude, existing within any relational behavior of the individual, it has been demonstrated that it can also become a special aptitude, indispensable for the exercise of certain professions, and can even be structured in the form of an empathic personality style.
