Summary/Abstract: Everyone is guaranteed the right to life, personal dignity and inviolability of the home. But it is clear that during armed conflict, human life and health can be at risk. In such situations, namely during armed conflicts, the rules of international human rights law, humanitarian law and the bodies responsible for the protection of human rights come into play.
