Summary/Abstract: Procrastination is a widespread problem in modern society, affecting a significant portion of adults. It manifests itself through the postponement of tasks in various areas, including education, work, finances, personal relationships, and health, and has the potential to accumulate significant costs in terms of well-being. Particularly among students, procrastination becomes a problematic trend, generating notable difficulties in managing time and academic responsibilities. This article presents the results of a study conducted through a questionnaire administered to a sample of 100 students in order to estimate the level of familiarity with this phenomenon, its frequency, associated reasons, impact on student life, and coping strategies.
