Summary/Abstract: In this report, two music and stage festivals outside the capital city - "Opera Open", Plovdiv and "Opera in the Summer Theater", Varna - are considered, based on a study conducted in 2021. and 2022 On the basis of the obtained data, their role in social, emotional, educational, entertainment and economic aspect was examined. Survey results prove their importance both personally and as a city asset.
