Summary/Abstract: In this article, the Altai Creation Myth compiled by Wilhelm Radloff will be ana-lyzed around the concept of social engineering used in social sciences. The afore-mentioned text was preferred because it is widely known and contains a wide pro-cess. In the light of the expressions in the myth text, it will be discussed whether the creators of this structure had any attempt to direct or shape the society. In the light of questions such as why myths are produced by the society, how they are used, how they affect the group structure, it will be questioned whether social control is at-tempted to be achieved and whether an engineering is applied to the society as a result. As a result of these discussions, myths will be read differently from an inter-disciplinary perspective and the results of what kind of effects such products have on primitive people will be explained.
