Summary/Abstract: This substantial volume contains seventeen numbered chapters divided over five parts (numbered and with titles). A first glance at the table of content might leave an initial impression of a loose assembly of excessively diverse articles in an attempt to cover too much not quite related material. However, the editors have made an effort to create a coherent volume, particularly via their introduction, the organization of the articles within the book, and the supplementary materials.
