ИЗСЛЕДВАНЕ НА РАБОТНА СРЕДА: РЕВИЗИРАНА ВЕРСИЯ НА СКАЛА ЗА РАБОТНА СРЕДА (WES, FORM R) НА БЪЛГАРСКИ ЕЗИК
WORK ENVIRONMENT RESEARCH: REVISED VERSION OF THE WORK ENVIRONMENT SCALE (WES, FORM R) IN BULGARIAN

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents initial results of a procedure to revise the Work Environment Scale (WES, form R), developed by Paul Insel and Rudolf Moos (Moos, 1986) and adapted in Bulgarian by Karastoyanov and Yanakiev (2001). The adaptation of WES in 2001 is intended to the specifics of the military environment. The revised Bulgarian version of WES presented in this paper is aimed at measuring different work environments, including the military environment. The paper describes the procedure of a research conducted with 202 individuals, the results of distribution normality and reliability measurement, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and the results of one-way analysis of variance. In the revised Bulgarian version, WES is implemented in nine subscales assessed with a five-point Likert scale and demonstrates good reliability and validity.
