Summary/Abstract: The research aims to examine some features of the script as a type of text and as an object of translation when subtitling video content. The concepts of script, subtitling as a type of audiovisual translation, as well as the difficulties that accompany the process of translation of dialogic text intended to be placed in the form of subtitles integrated with video content, are examined.
