Summary/Abstract: The present article presents ten heroes from Dobrogea, without high military ranks, who fell in the battles of Mărășești. Starting from a column of the Constanta newspaper „Dobrogea Jună” from 1919 and 1920, Pentru Patrie, I tried to sample and compile information about our heroes. It has been quite a success, but the research will continue. It is important to not let the names of these soldiers be forgotten, as they gave their lives for our country at a momentous turn in history. Among them: Aristotel N. Diamandopol, Constantin Puric, Eugen Tanta, Gheorghe Sasu, Ioan Jipa, Luciu Ștefănescu, Nicolae Boncotă, Ticu Mihăilescu, Vasile Tul(r)bure, Constantin Petrescu.
