Summary/Abstract: The article reviews the natural components (especially the soil) within the limits of the Saharna “Ţiglău” and Saharna Mare / “Dealul Mănăstirii” archaeological sites in the village of Saharna, Rezina District. The purpose of the research was to reconstruct the natural conditions in which the communities in these settlements existed during the period between the end of the 12th century and the 3rd century BC.
