Summary/Abstract: This article is a more unconventional reading of Vysotsky's song "Morning Gymnastics" as a unity of text and music. Two analytical approaches are presented: 1) from the point of view of the composition of each of the stanzas/couplets: light phase, dark phase, "slashing" final word (analogy to "kata" - from Japanese: a series of rhythmically performed fighting postures) and 2 ) tracing the meaning "spirals" in the text – I, you, everything/everyone, apathy, fear, fiction.The entire text is played ironically and theatrically with the help of the "heroes" - the gymnastics, the guitar, the voices of the ruler, of the speaker...
