Summary/Abstract: The development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in education brings innovative solutions such as personalized learning, automation of administrative activities and analysis of learning data. While these technologies promise more effective and accessible education, their application creates significant ethical challenges. Key issues include the transparency of algorithms, the protection of personal data, the prevention of discrimination and the preservation of the human factor in teaching. The article examines the ethical norms that should guide the responsible application of AI in the classroom. Principles and good practices such as equal access to technology, accountability, etc. are discussed, with a focus on the needs of students. Finally, guidelines are proposed for the integration of AI into the educational process, with an emphasis on ethical standards and social responsibility.
