Summary/Abstract: The article examines the dynamics of interaction between parents and educational professionals, emphasizing attitudes, readiness, and institutional approaches for support. Through an analysis of survey results, both positive trends and challenges are highlighted – from the need for clear policies on parental involvement to the importance of emotional and organizational support. The study underscores the role of mutual trust, shared efforts, and tailored approaches in fostering more active engagement. The proposed recommendations focus on training and joint initiatives to overcome barriers and build a sustainable partnership.
