Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to highlight the correlation between information and communication technologies (ICT), digital reforms, and the achievement of governance objectives in Morocco in the field of justice, taking into account other factors that could affect the justice system. To do this, we relied on a qualitative study, semi-directed interviews conducted with twenty professionals working in the field of Moroccan justice in order to identify areas for improvement in the sector with a view to optimal use of new technologies and governance mechanisms.
