The importance of policy mix for investment activities of enterprises in the context of sustainable development

Summary/Abstract: This article attempts to assess the impact of monetary and fiscal policy on investments, and thus on the sustainable development of the Polish economy. The paper assumes that the decisions of the monetary and fiscal authorities have a significant impact on investments in Poland. It was pointed out that in the years 2007-2012, a period in which the international financial crisis appeared, monetary and fiscal policy coordination aimed at stimulating investment activity of enterprises. Thus, the economic authorities have sought to maintain the sustainable development of the Polish economy.
