Summary/Abstract: An application for an additional building permit is a one from the manifestati¬ons of the dispositional principle in proceedings for the removal of a building or terrain alterations under the Building Act. The aim of the article is to present the changes that have been made in the new Building Act in the regulation of additional building permits. The legislator emphasized the settlement of the situation in relation to regular builders and set the conditions for the additional permitting of buildings as strict so that it would be an institution that is rarely applied in practice, not an easier alternative to the building permit procedure.
